I worked with Jess to build a new nutrition plan in order to help reduce elevated cholesterol, diagnosed in a recent blood test.
She explained the reasons for the recommended changes to be made in a clear and simple way. She allayed my fears of reducing low fat versions of the food I was eating and the introduction of intermittent fasting has given me great levels of energy. The tailored meal plan document is an excellent tool and I have to keep printing out again as it gets covered in food when I’m cooking proper meals!
All in all, I thoroughly recommend working with Jess to gain a real understanding of your personal nutrition, make healthy guided food choices and improve your health and wellbeing overall.
Whilst in early remission from bowel cancer, Jess tailored for me an extremely informative and well thought out plan. The attention to detail and caring approach meant that the information in my final plan ticked all the boxes. The delicious recipes added were the proverbial “cherry on the cake”!
