What happens after you book?

Once you’ve booked your consultation, you’ll receive a short intake form so I can understand your health history and goals before we meet. We’ll then meet online for your 1:1 session, and your personalised plan will be emailed to you shortly after, giving you clear next steps to move forward with confidence.
